Do I need cancellation insurance?

Yes, we strongly advise all our customers to take out cancellation insurance in view of the current uncertainties. This insurance represents 4% of the total cost of your stay and must be taken out at the time of booking. Don’t forget to mention this when you make your reservation by telephone, and to make a note of it on the booking contract by ticking the “Cancellation insurance option” box.

Lhe cancellation insurance has included a Covid extension to its cancellation and interruption cover. It covers cancellation costs in the event of Covid illness, quarantine following a positive Covid test, contact cases, etc. Please visit www.campez-couvert.com for information on cancellation and assistance coverage. With regard to Covid-related restrictions: closure of accommodation, closure of French borders and/or of your country of residence, travel restrictions imposed by the French authorities with the obligation to confine the customer’s town, department, region and/or country, the campsite has modified its general terms and conditions of sale to give you greater security in the event of cancellation or interruption of your stay. How do I pay for my stay?

We have made our booking and payment procedures more flexible. When you make a reservation, a deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. And the balance of your stay is only due 15 days before your arrival, rather than 30 days as in previous years. The stay can be paid in several instalments. You choose the amount and date of each payment.

How do I cancel my stay?

First, you must contact us by telephone to inform us of your cancellation request. Then your cancellation request, for whatever reason, must be notified to us in writing or by e-mail with acknowledgement of receipt. What are the main towns in Loire-Atlantique?

Loire-Atlantique is a department in western France, on the Atlantic coast. Its capital is Nantes, a dynamic, cultural city brimming with museums, art galleries and historic monuments, such as the Château des Ducs de Bretagne and Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul Cathedral. Saint-Nazaire, located on the Loire estuary, is a port city known for its shipbuilding industry and beaches, while Pornic is a charming seaside resort with its marina, château and typical narrow streets. La Baule, Assérac and Guérande are also popular tourist destinations in Loire-Atlantique. La Baule is famous for its fine sandy beach, one of the most beautiful in Europe, and for its Belle Époque seaside architecture. Assérac is a small coastal commune, home to the Pen-Bé beaches, renowned for their wild, unspoilt setting. Finally, Guérande is a fortified medieval town, famous for its salt production and remarkable architectural heritage, notably the Porte Saint-Michel and the Collegiate Church of Saint-Aubin.
